Extensive internal reordering and renovation of the fabric of an existing T-shaped barn church dating from the Nineteenth Century. Rooney & McConville were appointed to oversee both the
architectural refurbishment and liturgical reordering works.
Refurbishment included the replacement of external sand / cement render with lime-based render, refurbishment of cast iron rainwater goods, refurbishment of all leaded glass windows, doors and
ironmongery and repairs to the roof. The bell tower was repointed, lead roofs replaced with new and lighting conductor replaced.
The contract was completed in 2003 with a duration of twelve months.
